Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders

Executive Coaching

What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is for senior leaders, directors and executives who want to sharpen their strategic thinking, navigate complex decisions and increase their leadership impact. It is a confidential, one-to-one space to step back, think clearly, and lead more effectively. It’s not about telling you what to do, it’s about helping you make sense of complexity, sharpen your judgement, and act with confidence in the moments that matter most.

Whether you’re navigating tough decisions, stepping into a bigger role, or simply feeling stretched by the demands of leadership, coaching gives you the clarity and perspective to move forward with purpose. If that sounds useful, I’d love to have a conversation.

My clients

I work with executives, senior leaders and business owners from various industries, including finance, technology, and healthcare. I have worked with sole traders looking to start and grow their businesses, to executives in multi million pound businesses.

What matters is that each and everyone of those people wanted to do something different and make a change. They had the drive and commitment, and I had the expertise to help them see a clearer future.

If this sounds like you, book in for a free 30 minute call today.

What is important, are outcomes, so here is a recent testimonial from one of my clients:

“Eric was really helpful at using questions and coaching techniques to help me reframe some pretty self critical thinking into more objective and rational thought patterns, and I’m in a much better place professionally because of his support during two challenging periods at work. He’s approachable, non-judgmental, and I felt very heard in our sessions.” C, Programme Director

How and where I work

This is completely up to you. Coaching works best in the environment where you are comfortable and where you can be open and able to explore issues. I can travel to your offices, or a third party venue or you can come to my office.

I offer online sessions via Zoom, or your preferred meeting software.

My office is based in the Chew Valley, 12 miles south of Bristol and 14 miles south west of Bath.

I also offer walking coaching conversations, where we head off into the countryside and hold our session whilst taking in beautiful surrounds. This might sound a bit wacky, so read my blog post to find out more.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends upon what support you need and over what timeframe. I offer everyone a free 30 minute phone call so I can understand what help and support you need, you get to know a bit more about me and how we can work together, and we can then agree how to proceed. To give you an idea of what it might cost, here are some examples:

  • Executive coaching session – 1 Hour – £250
  • Set of 6 one hour executive coaching sessions – £1300*
  • Strategy development session – 2 hours – £400
  • Set of 6 two hour strategy development sessions – £2000*

Travel expenses will be charged in addition to the stated rates. *Sessions booked in blocks must be used within 12 months of purchase.
